As a writer, Christina’s work has won Trinity College London’s International Playwriting Competition, been performed as far afield as New Zealand and been toured by Northumberland Theatre Company. Her writing has depth and playful honesty, often asking questions about belonging, identity and home. Christina’s play, A Way Home, is touring in June 2022, and she is currently working on a new piece exploring life in a care home.
Christina regularly leads projects with children and young people to develop their confidence in creativity and passion for writing. From 2015-18, she worked with Live Theatre to establish the North East’s first writing centre for children.
