Christina’s writing has depth and playful honesty, often asking questions about belonging, identity and home. Her play, A Way Home, is touring in June 2022, and she is currently working on a new piece exploring life in a care home. Christina’s work has won Trinity College London’s International Playwriting Competition, been performed as far afield as New Zealand and, closer to home, has been toured by Northumberland Theatre Company.

Christina regularly leads projects with children, young people and adults to develop their confidence in creativity and passion for writing. Christina was the founder and company director of Off The Page Drama (2010-2021) and from 2015-18, she worked with Live Theatre to establish the North East’s first writing centre for children.
